Nikki's Kiddy Care

All parents want to make sure their children are being taught and looked after by responsible adults. At Nikki's Kiddy Care, you will personally know every person that comes into contact with your child.

Staff Credentials

My name is Nicole and I am the owner of Nikki's Kiddy Care. I am the one present with the children at all times except in specific situations in which the parent is always notified first and in advance before I leave the children with anyone else.

Here is some background information on myself:

I have my Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point and I am licensed by the State of Wisconsin to operate a child care business out of my house.

I am educated in different teaching techniques as well as different guidance principles. I attend new classes yearly to keep up-to-date with the new advancements that will affect the lives of the children.

I am also CPR and First Aid Certified.

I participate in the WECA Food Program and I take a yearly class on new food practices and on how to promote healthy eating practices in children.

In My Absence

In case of an emergency my mother-in-law will come to the facility to watch the children. She meets each child the week they begin child care and their routine is explained and a bond is created between her and the child to ensure an easy transition in a hard situation.

In matters of scheduled absences on my part, my mother-in-law will also be watching the children and guiding them in the same activities that I do on a daily basis. In a situation like this, all the parents are informed of the change in advance to allow any questions, concerns, or change of plans that need to be handled.

I will never leave the children with anyone that they are unfamiliar with and that the parents do not feel comfortable with. I am dedicated to the safety and well-being of the children that I watch and I will always be sure that they are well taken care of.
